I’ve never had any major issues when the appliance goes wrong because is under a D & G policy the appliance is fixed in no time using genuine Miele parts I can’t fault there machines yes ok there highly expensive but there worth there money in the long run as they are soo reliable and look smart and everything is all a matching set there repairs engineers are very good also.
